At Charms Soaps, we want you to love every product you receive. Because our soaps and skincare items are handcrafted and made for personal use, we follow the policy below to ensure safety, fairness, and transparency.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
We can accept returns or exchanges if:

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
